Tania is the Co-Founder of “The Office,” where she helps create a welcoming and professional environment for clients seeking accounting and financial consulting services. A registered SAIPA and NIPA accountant as well as a registered estate agent, Tania brings a wealth of expertise to the firm. Her strengths lie in accounting and standard operating procedures, ensuring that clients receive tailored and high-quality service. Outside of work, Tania is a dedicated mother of three and enjoys staying active while contributing to her community.
ALMARIE VAN DER MERWE
Almarie is a Co-Founder of “The Office” and brings over 10 years of experience in Sectional Title Management and Homeowners Association Management. She is also the founder of PDC Property Catalyst cc. Above all, Almarie is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children, balancing her professional expertise with a commitment to her family.
